บริษัท CCSC เริ่มส่งนักเรียนไปเรียนต่างประเทศตั้งแต่ปี 2000 และ ได้จดทะเบียนสี่ปีต่อมา โดย คุณกนกฉัตร ธารดำรงค์ ซึ่งคุณกนกฉัตร ได้ไปเรียนต่อปริญญาโทที่ Sydney ประเทศ Australia และได้เล็งเห็นว่าการไปศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศเป็นการเปิดโลกทัศน์ และ ติดอาวุธทางปัญญา ซึ่งจะติดตัวไปตลอด ทาง CCSC เลยอยากให้คำแนะนำนักเรียนที่อยาก ไปเรียนต่อต่างประเทศ ทั้งระยะสั้น หรือ ยาว ให้ได้ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกลับมามากที่สุด
CCSC ได้เริ่มทำงานร่วมกับโรงเรียนทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศ เพื่อที่จะจัด summer courses ในนักเรียน และ ให้คำปรึกษานักเรียนที่อยากเรียนภาษา หรือ ต่อ ป.ตรี ป.โท และ ป.เอก โดยทางเราได้ให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับ การให้คำปรึกษาที่ถูกต้อง และ ซื่อตรง เพื่อเป็นแนวทาง ความประสบความสำเร็จของนักเรียน และ CCSC ยังเป็นตัวแทนคุณภาพ หนึ่งในสมาชิกสมาคมไทยแนะแนวการศึกษานานาชาติ (TIECA)
